What does Enterprise cost, and can we try it first?

£999 a month, or £749 a month billed yearly (£8,991 a year), ex VAT. Sign up with the Enterprise plan selected and you get 14 days with everything switched on and no card on file. Custom development is quoted separately, in writing.

What does Enterprise add to Pro?

B2B (companies, buyers, pricing catalogues, trade applications, spending limits), the operations suite (inventory planning, purchase orders, bins and picking, the fulfilment workbench), a checkout built in the page builder, unlimited staff accounts instead of 40, 1TB of storage instead of 500GB, a dedicated account manager, a black top bar across the admin and the largest Nebula allowance of any plan. Card rates are the same as Pro’s.

Is custom development included in the price?

It is priced on its own, in writing. The in-house team scopes anything bespoke (an ERP integration, a new Page Builder element, an admin tool) and quotes it before any code, with its support quoted the same way.

How do trade buyers pay?

At checkout, at their company’s prices, by card or by a manual method you offer. The order lands in the same Orders screen as your retail orders.

Is there a minimum term, and can we leave?

No term beyond the billing period you choose. Enterprise is billed monthly or yearly like every plan; you can cancel from the dashboard at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, so a yearly plan runs to the end of its year. Your products, customers and orders export as CSV from their own pages whenever you want them, and code we build only for your store is yours, as its quote sets out.

Where is our data hosted?

On AWS in London: your storefront, dashboard, database and files run in the London region (eu-west-2). Ireland appears on our sub-processor list because some of the AWS services we use run from there.

Can our ERP, PIM or warehouse system connect?

Yes. The public API covers products, inventory, orders, fulfilments, customers, companies and more, with scoped keys that expire when you say. Webhooks push order, payment, fulfilment, product, customer and company events to your system, signed and retried. An MCP connection lets an assistant work in the store within the scopes you grant.

Can we import our trade customers and their price lists?

Yes. Companies import from a CSV with columns for the company, its external ID, tax ID, pricing catalogue and each user’s email, permissions and spending limit. Pricing catalogues are built in the dashboard, per product or by rule for a whole category or brand.

Do you sign a DPA, and who are your sub-processors?

Every store already has one: the data processing addendum is part of the terms every store accepts, so there is nothing separate to sign. It names our sub-processor list and gives 30 days’ notice before a new sub-processor is added. Both are published on this site, so your review can read them before the trial.

Q: How do you handle card data and PCI?

The card step runs on a Stripe-hosted page and Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Your store never holds a card number, which is what keeps your own questionnaire short.

Q: How do our staff sign in?

Each person has their own Orbit account and a second factor: a passkey or security key, an authenticator app, or an SMS code, with backup codes and trusted devices. Roles limit what each person can see and do.

Q: What are your support response times?

The SLA publishes first-response targets: P1 within 1 hour, 24 hours a day; P2 within 4 business hours; P3 within 1 business day; P4 within 2 business days. A status page shows incidents as they happen.

Company accounts

One company, many buyers. Each contact gets their own permission switches, ticked for you by a preset (Admin, Buyer or Viewer), and every order they place is listed under the company.

Catalogues per company

A pricing catalogue with fixed prices or a percentage off per product, plus rules for a whole category, brand, tag or product type. Assign it once and every buyer for that company sees trade prices on the product page, in the basket and at checkout. Retail shoppers never see them.

Trade applications

Switch registration to approval and trade buyers apply from your storefront’s register page. Approve each request into an existing or new company, or decline it with a reason.

Spending limits per buyer

Give a buyer a per-order limit and checkout stops an order over it with a message that says why. Turn on the purchase wall and only verified members of an active company can buy.

Suppliers with lead times and currencies, purchase orders from draft to received, and receiving that writes straight to the stock ledger. Kept your Stocky exports? The import wizard brings in their suppliers and purchase orders.

Bins and one pick list

A bin location on every item, one pick list sorted by bin for the whole picking run, and cycle counts whose variances you review and apply in one go.

Pack by scan

Batch pick, pack, verify and ship from the workbench. Scan each unit to verify it, buy the label per order, and one failure never blocks the rest of the batch.
