Enterprise at Orbit isn't a price plan — it's a conversation. Tell us what you're running on today, what's not working, and what you need built. We'll scope what fits.
How enterprise works here
There's no fixed “Enterprise” tier at Orbit. Instead, we work directly with larger businesses to scope what you actually need — whether that's custom integrations, tailored SLAs, migration from a legacy platform, or ongoing development capacity from our team. No pre-packaged bundle. No feature you didn't ask for and don't need.
What we bring
Start from the same fast admin and catalogue tools every Orbit merchant uses, then tailor what you need — custom workflows, integrations with your ERP, PIM, or OMS, specific compliance requirements, dedicated environments. We'll scope it with you.
You get a single point of contact from day one, not a support queue. They know your setup, your priorities, and your team. Fast decisions, no ticket ping-pong.
Our own team builds features, integrations, and storefront work that goes beyond the standard platform. Scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before any code is written — you're not paying retainer fees for capacity you don't use.
PCI DSS Level 1 is built into the platform. Beyond that, if you need specific compliance standards, data residency requirements, or formal audit support, we'll work them into the scope.

We scope the platform configuration, custom work, SLAs, and pricing specific to your business. No templates, no pre-packaged bundles.
Migration assistance, dedicated account manager from day one, and custom development handed over to your team with documentation.
Custom development
Custom integrations, bespoke storefront features, multi-region pricing rules, legacy platform migrations. Our in-house team scopes the work, agrees the price and timeline with you up front, and builds it.
