Filter to paid-but-not-shipped once, press Save view, and it sits as a tab beside the built-in ones tomorrow morning.
Select a page of orders and print their packing slips, mark them paid or fulfilled, or archive them. Cancel, edit and refund a single order from the list too.
Payment status, order status, date, return status, archive state and on hold, all at once. A Ship by column shows which orders are due today.
Draft orders with payment links
For orders taken by phone or email
Build the order by hand and get paid without the customer going anywhere near your checkout.
Search the catalogue, add a custom line, set the delivery method and a discount. Save it as a draft until they confirm.
Copy a payment link that works for 7 days, email a payment-due invoice, or mark the order paid when the bank transfer lands.
Create the customer record from inside the order. Their name, email, phone and delivery address are there next time they ring.
Duplicate any past order when a regular wants the same thing, drafts included.
Every order has a status page, and shoppers with an account see it in their account too, so ‘where is it?’ gets answered without an email to you.
Each parcel’s tracking number is listed on their order page, which moves to Delivered once the carrier reports it. An order in two parcels shows both.
From their account, until the order is dispatched, the customer can press Request Cancellation. You decide, and you can switch the button off in Storefront preferences.
After dispatch, the same account page offers Request Return inside your return window.
Their account page also has Reorder, which rebuilds the basket from the lines that are still in stock.
Six things the order takes care of for you.
VAT-registered shop? The VAT invoice is emailed to the customer the moment payment is captured, and you can download it or email it again from the order.
Buy the label and its tracking number lands on the order and on the customer’s order page. When the carrier scans it delivered, both show Delivered, and a delivery exception is flagged on the order.
Units are reserved when the order is placed and released if it is cancelled. Unless a product allows backorders, stock that is spoken for can’t be sold to the next customer.
Give a delivery method a dispatch promise and each order is stamped with the date it must leave by. The list flags Late and Due today.
Tick Notify customer on a comment and it goes to them by email. Leave it unticked and it stays with the team.
If a colleague has the same order open you see them on it, and you are warned before either of you saves over the other. Matters from Team upwards, where more than one person works the orders.
For the accountant, the warehouse and whoever writes your integrations. Every chip is something the dashboard or the API does today.
Labels
Choose the courier service as you fulfil the order, and the label and its tracking number land on the order together. Set a line to 0 to leave it for a second parcel, and void a label you don’t use.
Webhooks and API keys
Signed webhooks for orders, fulfilments and payments, managed from Settings, and API keys limited to the scopes they need, with an optional expiry and a revoke you can use at any time.
Import
Upload a CSV, match the columns and check the preview. Rows are matched by order reference, so a second upload updates or skips an order rather than adding it twice.
Export
All orders, the current page, a selection or whatever your filters show, as a CSV that opens cleanly in Excel or a plain one.
Documents
Printed from the order or the list, emailed from the order.
