Plan it, buy it, pick it, ship it.
Reorder planning, purchase orders, bin locations, cycle counts, and a batch fulfilment workbench. All in the same dashboard as your orders and stock. No Stocky, no spreadsheets, no app stack to glue together.

The Operations suite
The back office, built in.
Four pillars, one dashboard: planning, purchasing, picking, and a fulfilment workbench. Included on Enterprise, with nothing extra to install.
Reorder points that watch stock for you
Set a reorder point and safety stock per item, per location. Orbit flags every row Urgent, Reorder, or OK, and a needs-reorder filter shows exactly what to buy next. Planning never touches your stock. It drives alerts and the digest, nothing else.
A reorder digest in your inbox
Opt in to a daily reorder digest, sent at 9AM in your store's timezone. The most urgent items land in your inbox before the day starts, capped at the 50 that matter most.
Purchase orders with a real lifecycle
Keep suppliers with lead times, currencies, and account numbers. Raise a purchase order as a draft, mark it ordered, then receive per line with quantities and notes. Receiving is idempotent, so a double click never double counts.
Bin locations and one consolidated pick list
Give every item a bin like A-12, inline or in bulk, with a CSV round trip when you need it. Print pick list produces one bin-sorted document of the remaining units to pick. Bins are display only, so labelling shelves never risks your stock numbers.
Cycle counts that keep numbers honest
Count a bin, a category, or a whole location. Scan or type quantities, review the variance report, and apply it in one click. Every change lands in the stock movement ledger, so any correction can be traced.
A pack station for batch fulfilment
Select orders to build a batch, then scan a barcode or SKU to verify each unit as you pack. Buy labels per order, with failures isolated so one bad address never blocks the rest, or mark orders fulfilled through the normal flow. Packing slips print from the same screen.
Migrating from Stocky
Shopify retires Stocky on 31 August 2026. Your purchase history does not have to retire with it.
Orbit ships a Stocky import wizard. Export your CSVs, upload them, and your suppliers and purchase orders carry across in minutes.
Export from Stocky
Download your suppliers and purchase orders as CSVs from Stocky before it closes.
Upload the CSV
Drop each file into the import wizard. Files up to 20MB are accepted.
Map and review
Orbit walks you through matching columns and shows sample rows before anything is created.
Import
Open purchase orders become drafts you keep working. Completed ones become closed history for reference, and the import never touches your stock.
Stocky retirement date announced by Shopify. Export your data before then.
Built on Orbit inventory
Operations sits on the stock you already track.
Receiving lands in the same movement ledger as every adjustment. The workbench fulfils through the same flow as the orders page. One system of record, from purchase order to doorstep.
