Connect to an approved supplier in the directory, import their range with a pricing rule, and let each customer order raise a purchase order to them, with their tracking coming back to the order. Orbit adds no fee to a purchase order.

Add currencies in Settings and the storefront shows converted prices and takes payment in them, with rates refreshed every 12 hours and a rounding rule you choose. Switch on languages and your products, pages and menus translate automatically, and you correct any line by hand.
Free and paid add-ons
A 3D model shoppers spin and zoom on the product page, shown in each finish as they pick it and placed in their room through their phone’s AR, plus a free calculator builder that turns a measurement into a quantity in the basket.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance for the Nebula assistant. When it runs out, Nebula stops until the month resets rather than billing you.
Signed-in shoppers find their orders and tracking, downloads, subscriptions, bookings and wishlist in one place, so they can answer their own questions.
Products, customers and orders import from CSV, with Shopify and WooCommerce product exports recognised as they are, and export as CSV whenever you want, so your data comes with you if you leave.

Two-factor sign-in for every account, with a passkey or an authenticator app, plus backup codes and trusted browsers, erasure of a customer’s data for GDPR requests, and a self-declared age gate for restricted goods.
Enterprise
Reorder points and safety stock per item and location, purchase orders and receiving, bin locations, pick lists and cycle counts, and a batch pick, pack and ship workbench that works with barcode scanners.
Staff seats: 10 on Team, 40 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise, the owner’s included. Warehouse operations comes with Enterprise. Live Chat is a paid add-on on any plan.

Orbit Payments on Stripe is the gateway. Your plan sets the card rate, and nothing is added on top of it.

Visa, Mastercard and Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Klarna through Orbit Payments on Stripe. Address and delivery on your pages, the card step on Stripe’s hosted page, three steps by default or a single page, with offline methods alongside.

UK personal Visa and Mastercard cost 2% + 25p on Solo, 1.7% + 25p on Team and 1.5% + 25p on Pro, with Enterprise at Pro rates. Business, European and international cards have their own rates. Nothing goes on top of the card rate.

Payouts on the schedule Stripe sets with every fee itemised, VAT invoices for orders, tax rules by zone, reports and exports for your accountant, and the Xero and QuickBooks plugins that carry every sale, fee and refund into your books.
