Set up a zone for UK mainland, another for Highlands and Islands, another for the EU — or any grouping that matches how you actually ship. Each zone gets its own methods and rates, and orders match the most specific zone first.
Flag products as fragile, bulky, oversized, or whatever your own categories are — then set rates per class per method. A glass vase and a flat-pack shelf can move through the same zone at different prices, without custom checkout logic.
Charge a flat fee, offer free shipping above a threshold, let customers collect from your address, or pull live rates straight from the carrier. Mix and match per zone — no apps, no add-ons.
