Build zones and rules once. Checkout reads the basket and the address and offers only what applies, and the Rate Tester shows you the answer before a customer sees it.
UK mainland, the EU, the rest of the world, or any split you like. Customers only see the options for their address.
Weight, basket value, item count, category, postcode, even the day of the week. Free over £60 is one rule.
Or quote the carrier’s live rate at checkout with your markup, a floor, a cap and a fallback price if the carrier does not answer.
Add a local pickup option at £0 and name it for the place, such as “Collect from our Northampton showroom”.

Set weight bands on a delivery method and the Fulfil panel suggests the service: Tracked 48 under 2 kg, DPD above it. You can always change it.
Set a line’s quantity to 0 to leave it for a second parcel. Each parcel gets its own label and tracking number.
Delivery is the part of your shop the customer sees twice: when they choose it, and while they wait.
Set handling days, transit days and an order-by time on a method and checkout shows the delivery date next to its price. Weekends can be left out of the count.
When a basket mixes shipping classes, checkout shows one shipment per class with its own delivery choice, so a chair and a boardroom table can go different ways.
The tracking number lands on the customer’s order page and the order status page when the label is bought, and the carrier’s delivered scan moves the fulfilment to Delivered without anyone typing.
A carrier delivery exception alerts you straight away. Switch on the customer email too if you want them told.

Checkout applies your rules before the order exists, so nobody looks up a rate while packing.
The tracking number arrives on the order and the customer’s order page, and the carrier’s delivered scan marks it Delivered, without anyone copying anything across.
A label still unused after 14 days is voided and its cost is credited back to your shipping balance.
Country of origin, contents type, incoterm and your EORI or IOSS number pre-fill every international label, with a review step before it is bought.
Labels add up on a running balance charged to your saved card at your billing threshold, with an itemised invoice each time.

Label billing
Labels add to a running balance charged to your saved card when it reaches your billing threshold. New stores pay per label, and the threshold rises after clean payments. Void an unused label and the cost comes off; a label untouched for 14 days is voided for you. The current threshold is always shown in the dashboard.

Print or download the PDF from the order. The API also returns PNG and ZPL for thermal printers.
