Wholesale, without
the spreadsheets.

Company accounts, negotiated price lists, and Net 15–90 terms with Stripe-synced invoicing — running inside the same store as your retail channel. A genuine B2B operation without a second platform.

The B2B suite

Retail store. Trade counter.

Four pieces that turn your storefront into a wholesale channel — companies, price lists, payment terms, and a buyer account that does the chasing for you.

Company accounts

Every buyer under one roof

Set up each wholesale customer as a company — VAT number, multiple locations with their own addresses, and as many team members as they need. Admins manage the account; buyers just order.

Price lists

Their prices, not retail

Build trade price lists with a fixed price or a percentage off — per product or per variant. Assign a list to a company location and their buyers see those prices automatically. Restrict a list and they only see the products on it.

Payment terms

Net terms and invoices, handled

Agree Net 15, 30, 60 or 90 — or due on receipt, on fulfilment, or a fixed date. Orders raise invoices that sync to Stripe with a hosted payment link, and you can see what’s open, paid, or past due at a glance.

Buyer experience

Self-serve for their whole team

Buyers sign in to your storefront like any customer — but they see trade prices, their company’s orders, invoice status with due dates, and a pay link. No emailed spreadsheets, no chasing.

Net 15–90

payment terms, your way

Net days, due on receipt, due on fulfilment, or a fixed date — agreed per company.

Unlimited

companies & price lists

No caps on companies, locations, team members, or the price lists you create.

Any currency

lists convert automatically

Each price list has its own currency. Buyers can pay in any currency your store supports.

£0

extra software

Wholesale runs inside the same store as retail — same catalogue, same orders, no second platform.

How it works

Three steps to trade.

01

Create the company

Name, VAT number, locations, and team members with admin or buyer roles. A customer can belong to more than one company.

02

Assign a price list and terms

Attach a trade price list to their location — fixed prices or a percentage off, per product or variant — and agree their payment terms.

03

Orders become invoices

Their buyers order at trade prices. Each order raises an invoice on the agreed terms, synced to Stripe with a hosted pay link.

B2B is included in the Enterprise plan alongside unlimited staff, 1TB of storage, checkout customisation, and a dedicated account manager. Selling on marketplaces too? B2B sits beside your other sales channels.
