Your ERP and Orbit, talking without you.

We connect Orbit to the systems you already run, so stock, orders and customers move between them on their own. It is built on the same public API and webhooks your own developers could use.

Orders out as they happen

Webhooks fire on order, payment, fulfilment, product and customer events. Each delivery is signed with HMAC-⁠SHA256, tried up to four times and logged, so your system can trust what arrives.

Stock and prices back in

The public API takes product, inventory and price updates, with bulk endpoints for the nightly run and separate limits of 600 reads and 300 writes a minute, reported in the response headers.

A key for each job

The integration gets its own API key with only the scopes it needs, and an expiry date if you want one. A key can narrow access; it can never widen it.

Tested on your data

We run the integration against your store before it goes live, and hand it over with notes your team can follow.

Public API

Your store’s data, with scoped keys.

Products, inventory, orders, fulfilments, customers and more over REST, with companies, catalogues, purchase orders and picking on Enterprise. Keys carry only the scopes you grant and an expiry date if you set one; OAuth apps are for software you distribute. Reads and writes are limited separately, 600 and 300 a minute per credential, with X-RateLimit headers on every response.

Webhooks

Signed, retried and logged.

Topics for carts, products, customers, orders, fulfilments, payments, payouts, discounts and plugins, with company and catalogue topics on Enterprise. Each delivery is signed with HMAC-⁠SHA256, gets up to four attempts with a growing wait between them and lands in the delivery history, and any webhook can be paused and resumed.

Plugins

Public, unlisted or private.

A plugin can be published to the store after review, shared unlisted by install link with no review, or kept private to named stores. It can add its own page to the merchant’s dashboard. Paid plugins and themes pay you 85%.

Connect Claude or another assistant to a store over MCP. It works only inside the scopes the merchant approves, and the connection can be revoked at any time.
