Nothing on top of the card rate
A card payment costs the rate published for your plan, with Stripe’s fee and our share both inside it. Your plan’s UK card rate is on the pricing page and falls as your plan grows; the payments page has every other card type.
Your data leaves with you
Export products, customers, orders, inventory, categories, brands, companies, redirects, subscriptions and blog posts as CSV from the dashboard, whenever you like.
Limits in writing
Plan prices, staff accounts, storage and the trial are on the pricing page. Plugin prices are on each store listing. Nothing waits for a sales call.

Backups kept up to 90 days
Backups run on a rolling cycle and are kept for up to 90 days, as the privacy policy states.
Two-step sign-in
Two-factor authentication and passkeys on the dashboard account, with backup codes for the day the phone is lost.
An activity log
Changes to orders, products, prices, customers, settings and the team are logged with who made them and when, searchable and exportable as CSV from Settings.
A public API and MCP
Build against the public API, or connect Claude or ChatGPT to your shop over MCP and work in it from a chat, within the scopes you approve.
Legal pages, published and dated
Terms, privacy, a data processing addendum and the subprocessor list, each with the date it was last updated, all in the Legal Centre linked from every page.
