Your furniture
website, filled
from your
suppliers’ ranges.

Connect a supplier on Orbit, tick the chairs, desks and storage you want, and they arrive in your store with their photos, finishes and specs, priced by your own markup or margin. When a customer pays, Orbit raises the purchase order to that supplier for you.

Supplier connections on every plan, from £25 a month.

Supplier ranges, imported

Photos, finishes and your prices

  • Supplier ranges with photos and specs
  • Prices from your own rules
  • A purchase order per supplier, raised for you
  • Office themes for the trade

Automatic pricing from cost

Markup, margin and .99 rounding

Set your margin once, on every range.

You buy at trade and sell at your price. On Orbit that gap is a rule on the supplier connection, so a few thousand cost prices become selling prices without a spreadsheet, and stay right when the supplier changes them.

Markup or true margin

Add a percentage markup, a gross margin, a fixed amount or an absolute price, then round to .99, .95 or the nearest pound, so a chair costing £180.21 at 60% sells at £288.99.

A rule per brand, category or cost band

Task seating at one margin, desking at another, anything over £500 at a third. Each rule shows how many products it catches and a preview on a sample cost.

Cost changes wait for you

When a supplier changes a cost, it waits in your Updates inbox unless you switch on auto-accept. Either way the new price comes through your rules, and a price you typed by hand stays put.

Purchase orders, raised for you

One per supplier, no fee

The supplier delivers. The paperwork is done.

Office furniture already ships from the supplier to your customer. Orbit does the part in between: one purchase order per supplier for the lines they make, raised the moment the order is paid.

Check it or send it

Leave each purchase order as a draft to look over, or switch on auto-send for a supplier and it goes straight to them, by email with a PDF or into their own dashboard.

Your name on the delivery

The supplier gets your customer’s name, address and phone, never their email, and the packing slip carries your store’s name, your order number and no prices.

Tracking back to your customer

When the supplier ships, the tracking lands on your order and your customer gets the shipped email from your shop. A mixed order splits itself: your own stock you send as usual.

Designed for the office trade.

Office themes built around how furniture is bought: department menus, finishes and specs up front, trade pricing with or without VAT, and a contract theme for fit-out work. Each one is edited in the page builder like any other page.

The parts a furniture store needs.

What an office furniture store has to handle beyond a product page, and how Orbit handles it.

Finishes as swatches

Colour and image swatches on every option, so a chair’s mesh, frame and arm choices show as swatches and the photo changes with the pick.

A 3D configurator when you want one

Add the 3D Product Configurator from the plugin store to let customers spin a desk or chair and change its finishes in the browser.

Delivery that suits big items

Shipping classes with their own costs, conditional rates on weight or basket, and postcode rules per zone for the Highlands, islands and anywhere else you price differently.

Prices with or without VAT

Show prices ex VAT for trade buyers or inc VAT for everyone else, with UK VAT at 20%, 5% and 0% set up for you.

Trade accounts

Company accounts with several buyers, their own price catalogues and spending limits, and trade sign-up you approve, on Enterprise.

Google Shopping from supplier data

The Google Shopping plugin sends your imported range to Merchant Center, with the photos, brands and barcodes the supplier provided.

Copy that is yours

Switch off title or description sync for a supplier and rewrite them in bulk with Nebula, Orbit’s AI assistant, so your pages read differently from every other dealer’s.

Specs that come with the range

Weight, dimensions and specifications arrive with each imported product, and the Product Sheets plugin turns them into a spec sheet buyers can download.

Your accounts, kept in step

Xero and QuickBooks plugins send your orders and payments across, and a CRM keeps every trade contact in one place.

Where are you starting from?

We sell by quote and from the showroom

Start with the ranges that sell well online, such as task chairs, desks and storage, and keep fit-outs on a quote. Connect a supplier, set one margin rule and your first range is live.

We already have a website

Move from WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or anything else. Product and customer importers bring your data across and redirects keep your search rankings pointing at the right pages.

We make or distribute furniture

Publish your range once and let dealers on Orbit connect to it, with their purchase orders landing in one inbox.

On every plan. No fee per purchase order.
