Your catalogue, customers and links, moved across.
ShopWired exports products, customers and orders as CSV files. Give the product file a spreadsheet pass, then the column mapper matches what it recognises, you set the rest, and your first product shows before anything is written.
A spreadsheet pass first
Add Status, Is Physical and Is Taxable columns and give each variant a row of its own, carrying the product’s URL, its own value for each option and its SKU, price and stock. Gather each product’s image addresses and categories into one cell each, separated by commas; the sample CSV in the import dialog shows the layout.
Then the column mapper
Upload the CSV or Excel file, up to 100MB. Point ShopWired’s URL column at Handle, so each product keeps its name in its new address, and check the field the mapper picked for every other column. It names any required field still missing and shows your first product before anything is written.
Customers and past orders
ShopWired exports customers with their marketing consent, and orders by date range. Each goes in through an importer with a column mapper of its own: point the consent column at Marketing Email Consent, and each past order joins the customer with the same email address.
Links that keep working
List your old ShopWired paths (each address from the / after your domain) beside the new ones in a two-column file, and upload it to the redirect importer before you move the domain. Rename a product later and Orbit adds the redirect for you.
From ShopWired to Orbit in six steps.
Most of the work is the product file, and you do it on the trial while ShopWired keeps selling. ShopWired asks for 30 days’ notice on monthly plans, so give it once the new shop is live.
1. Start the trial

2. Export, shape, import
Export products from ShopWired, give the file its spreadsheet pass, point URL at Handle, check the first product, then import.
3. Customers and orders
Export customers with their marketing consent and orders by date range, and line up each file’s columns in its own mapper. Each order joins the customer with the same email address.
4. Build your pages
Pick one of our free or premium themes and shape it in the page builder, or paste your ShopWired shop’s address into Nebula and it drafts sections in your colours and fonts.
5. Payments and delivery
Switch on Orbit Payments, connect PayPal if you use it, and set up labels through Orbit Shipping or your own Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel or Parcelforce account.
6. Redirects, domain, notice
Upload your old-to-new path list to the redirect importer and point the domain in a quiet hour. Then give ShopWired its 30 days’ notice.
