What we'll cover
Four kinds of call, and what each one gets you. The one you came for is first.
Agencies
How you build a client's shop, hand it over and get paid for it, and which programme suits you: the agency dashboard for licences and client sites, or the affiliate programme's dev stores.
Enterprise
Unlimited staff accounts, 1TB of storage, company accounts and price lists for trade buyers, and a dedicated account manager. On the call: what you run today, what is not working, and what rollout and terms would look like.
Supplier programme
A spreadsheet, a PDF trade list or an export from an old system is enough. We look at a sample of your data before quoting the one-off onboarding charge, and say what we would need to keep it current.
Moving to Orbit
Shopify and WooCommerce product CSVs are recognised as they are, and for an export from anywhere else we show you how to lay it out in Orbit's columns, starting from the sample CSV in the import dialog. We check that images, options and variants come across, look at your customer and order exports, and plan redirects for the URLs that rank today.
Bring your store URL and, if you have one, a product export. Store plan prices and card rates are all on the pricing page.

What happens next
Three steps and a confirmation, and the time is agreed before you leave the page.
Slots run from a few hours ahead to 21 days out, in your own timezone, and only the times someone on the team is free are offered.
Name, email and what the call is about. Company, store URL, platform and notes are optional. That is the whole form.
A Microsoft Teams invite arrives in your inbox from the person you will meet. Reply to it to move or cancel the call.
If someone takes the same time while you are typing, the widget tells you as you confirm and shows the times still free.

Other ways in
Every feature on your plan for 14 days, no card, Nebula included. Solo is £25 a month after that, ex VAT.
Product CSVs from Shopify and WooCommerce are recognised as they are, Shopify handles are kept, old /collections/ links forward to /categories/, and the redirect importer covers the rest. The comparison pages walk through it platform by platform.
This page books sales and onboarding calls. For a live store, email and live chat support are included on every plan, and the help centre has a guide for every part of the dashboard.
